Hello! My name is Alea.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years experience. I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School and from Southern Utah University with my BA in 2008. I was called to become a massage therapist through my desire to help others. I believe that balance and wellness comes from the inside out. My goal is to help each one of my clients find true balance in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in Intuitive Massage, Swedish techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, and some incorporation of Hot Stone, gua sha, and cupping. I love to incorporate all of my skills to provide a tailored massage experience for each one of my clients and to achieve their individual wellness goals. For the last 5 years I have been a student of the breath. I earned my Breath Coach certificate 2 years ago after experiencing the benefits of a daily mindful practice, I felt the need to share this natural medicine with others.
I love spending time with my family and having memorable experiences. I enjoy meeting and working with new people. I believe in community and strive to bring professionals and clients together to achieve wellness. It would be my honor to be able to work on you and help you along your healing journey. Breath is the main energy source of the body. When we mindfully use our breath it helps the body to remove itself from a stressed state to that of a rest and restore state. Through breathwork I am able to facilitate journeys for groups or individuals. Breathwork has been described as a great way to process and progress through any emotions or trauma that they are ready to move past. This ancient practice not only aids us in our mental health but it is also, when used as a daily practice, aids in our physical and spiritual well being.
One-on-one sessions are designed to help an individual with developing a personal practice of their own for long term benefits, based on their health and wellness needs. Breathwork benefits include balanced blood pressure, healthier immune system, stronger respiratory function, better sleep, release of stress hormones and toxins in the body, calms the mind, and reduces the feelings of trauma, etc.

One-on-One: $111 for a 2 hr session
