Lydia Black, LMT, CMLDT

My mother was trained as a midwife when I was 11, and I loved letting her practice foot massage on me! Since then, I have always enjoyed giving and receiving therapeutic touch to my children, friends, and extended family. As a mother of 5 children, I have explored many ways to help the body heal itself.

Before committing to a massage career, I was acting and singing at Renaissance festivals. I attended Blue Sky School of Massage near Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2013. I have worked at Elements Massage, Salon Dante, and am currently at the University of Utah. I taught Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Craniosacral at Healing Mountain Massage School for 2 years.

Lymphatic massage is a fabulous, relaxing, and pain-free way to boost your immune system and clean out toxins. Its also great for those who are super sensitive, recovering from surgery, and experiencing swelling. I love the “light” magic of lymphatic massage! Craniosacral Therapy is what I call “deep” magic.
