Caroleigh Patton

I am Caroleigh Patton, Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Master. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah on August 15, 2020. In 2019 I decided to change my career from a focus in sales, customer service, and administrative assistant to Licensed Massage Therapist. Over the years I have studied several different fields but my favorites were in the medical field and personal training. I have always been fascinated by our bodies and by how well each system performs on its own and as a whole. Massage seemed like a great way to combine the two fields I was most drawn to because it allowed me to be able to make an immediate difference in people’s lives. While I was in school, I realized I am also very connected and drawn to energy work. Our bodies are truly so amazing! Once I realized what pure energy creations we are and the connection our bodies have with the energy in everything around us, I was in complete awe. We are energy. Everything around us has its own energy. The way we connect, respect, and interact with that energy is the difference between living our life in harmony or in pure chaos.

My hope for anyone who comes to Mountain Mama Massage & Wellness and Umbrella Wellness is that they will feel the love, peace, and balance we have intentionally created and then be guided to the modality or modalities that fit their highest and best good along their individual healing journey: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

I am honored to work with the clients who feel I am the best fit to assist them in their
holistic health journey, whether it be long term or just for a bit.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, finding ways to serve my
community, usually through massage, and I recently took up belly dancing. I constantly
strive to improve my knowledge of massage and energy modalities so I can incorporate them into my client’s needs.

I am also an advocate of and involved with the American Massage Therapy Association
(AMTA) to ensure the profession of massage therapy continues as a licensed
profession for the protection of all who use massage as a therapeutic option.
