I graduated as a Certified Foot Zone Practitioner as a way to help others with their healing journey. Foot zoning is a way of helping your body become balanced so that you may move forward with more energy, better sleep, and overall improved happiness. I hope that you can take that step towards putting yourself first and as always, Heal with Love.
I first became aware of foot zone therapy when I was going through some health struggles of my own. I was surprised at how well my body responded to each session. I soon realized I wanted to become trained myself. I have now been a certified foot zone practitioner for over 8 years. I would be honored to see you as a client. Each session is about 45 min to an hour.

Foot Zone Therapy aims to open energetic channels called meridians, giving a holistic approach and supporting the body’s inherent healing power by applying massage methods and soft to moderate pressure on certain trigger points.
Foot zoning also increases the ability of your body’s systems to fight off different illnesses and improve your immune system. Foot zone therapy brings the body enhanced energy and better circulation to heal itself.
Regular foot zone treatments are tailored to individual needs, allowing for more access and a customized approach to wellness. A foot zone will aid in opening up the lymphatic system, forcing toxins through your capillaries, veins, and arteries while detoxifying the system. Foot zone sessions help with your physical health, balance, mental and emotional state by applying pressure to reflex points on a targeted basis.
Each foot zone session usually starts with a brief consultation between you and the foot zone practitioner. Good communication lets the practitioner better understand your foot issues, medical history, and individual needs so that they can better help you. The duration of a foot zone session is usually between 60 and 90 minutes.
All foot zones are unique because you are unique. A foot zone technique brings each session to the next level. Certified foot zone practitioners will ask if the pressure is adequate, and you can also ask more about it during or after the session.
Foot zoning works for your whole body and it’s enjoyable. Applying pressure on the foot is typically firm but shouldn’t feel uncomfortable. Clients who’ve received foot zones describe the sensation as soothing, this promotes more sleep with a sense of peace and well-being.
